Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation: Customers can cancel laundry services up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup or drop-off at no charge.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
No-Show Policy: A no-show fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply if a customer fails to show up for a scheduled pickup or drop-off without prior notice.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a service, please reach out to our customer service team at 1800-8900-893 or via email at info@ezlaundry.org Cancellations can also be processed through our online booking system, if available.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for damaged garments, unsatisfactory cleaning, or missed services. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the service.
Order Cancellation Refunds: Refunds will be granted for cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Refund Request Process: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at 1800-8900-893 or info@ezlaundry.org within 24 hours of service completion or cancellation. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.

4. Refund Processing

Verification: Refund requests will be reviewed and verified within 3 business days, with a response provided within 5 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Special Orders: Refund Refunds are not available for custom or special orders once the service has begun.
Promotional Services: Services purchased through promotions or discounts may have different refund terms. Please refer to the specific terms of the promotion for details.

6. Policy Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered under special circumstances at the discretion of management.

7. Policy Changes
